ABOUT THE DROWNING MAN AND THE STRAW

Regarding some criticisms, a personal explanation:

I realize how important the West is for Bulgaria and for Ukraine.
I realize that this is our West, we don't have any other West…
I realize that the West is no longer what it used to be and is still not what it should be.
I realize that there are many dark forces and even more forces of Evil that are against the leadership of the West and that the South is less eager to cure its problems and more indulges in anti-Western emotions and complexes.
I realize how difficult it is today for the West to be the West, when hundreds of millions, if not several billions of people hate the West not even for what it does, but for what it is.

However, my conclusions are that:

The West has no strong, brave, visionary, strategic leaders.
The West is too complacent, hedonistic, thinking that its unique position today is as if from God and will last almost forever.
The West initially viewed the War of Russia against Ukraine as an effective tool for the long and long-term weakening of Russia.
The West has in general an absolutely wrong strategy towards Ukraine and its aid to it – it is like the one who loved his dog so much that he could not afford to hurt it by cutting off its tail at once, but cut it into small pieces and gradually...

Couldn't the West be larger and more generous, more decisive and more effective in its aid to Ukraine?
The aid given to Ukraine by the West is equal to 0.97% of the resources that the West allocates for defense and for military production - less than 1%!!!!
Think again - less than 1%!
Of the 27 months of the War of Russia against Ukraine, de facto during the entire 13 months (almost half!) the aid was practically insignificant!

I would even agree that maybe everything in the actions of the West is right, but there is one big But!
And it is that:
Meanwhile, Ukraine's blood is running out, its forces are inexorably dwindling, its infrastructure is collapsing, its people are leaving it. Try to live under bombardment and participate daily in the roulette of Death...
It's as if in the ring one boxer hits any and everywhere in an illegal way, and the judge forbids the other boxer to hit with the left hand - only with the right and only in the body, not in the head.
Unfortunately, Ukraine is not Usyk and the War is not in the ring, but on the battlefields - against a nasty and vile, brutal and unscrupulous not an adversary, but an enemy that has huge resources and spares neither its men nor its military equipment.
I have nothing else to do - I rely, I trust in the enlightenment of the West. I say again - we have no other West. And I also have no other West.
But endlessly worried about Ukraine, about Kharkiv, about my friends there (yesterday there fell and exploded a rocket hellish near the block of my friend-brother of 50 years),
I find myself thinking more and more - it is not the West that will stop the war (and it is tempted and does not hide it as it were - that it wants to force Ukraine to negotiate and give up the already ceded in the battles Territories against Peace, but de facto as a possibility of Russia taking a timeout and preparing for the next phase of the War)…

Yes, I think more and more often - it is not the West that will stop the War, but some friends of Russia - China, India, Turkey and a few other countries of the sort...
Why?
For two reasons.

First, because China, India, Turkey and a few other countries of the sort do not want Russia to continue to disintegrate politically, economically, financially, socially, mentally - they need it whole and weak, but whole, as a cheap raw material appendage - no one sets fire to the gas station where he fills up fuel for pennies and in countless quantities.
Second, because China, India, Turkey and a few other countries of the sort cannot allow the psychopath Putin and his alcoholic psychopaths and gerontophiles next to him in the moment of uncontrollable insanity to ignite a nuclear war. These countries and their leaders do not at all wish to die in a nuclear bacchanalia and do not plan to die in it!

Think, too, without scolding me and feeling sorry:

China these days, through its Comrade Xi, clearly demonstrated, in the words of one analyst, how Russia, from a minor partner in the China-Russia relationship, has already turned into a vassal of China.
Of course, regarding Putin’s visit to China, everyone in the world and in our country saw what they wanted to see. We see things, says the Talmud, not as they are, but as we are...
Therefore, some were greatly disturbed, others were greatly ecstatic.
In fact, Comrade Xi put Putin in place - as a second-rate leader of a second-rate country. But at the same time, Comrade Xi showed Russia's place - an additional, albeit lighter, but necessary and important weight in China's balance vis-à-vis the US.

So I really do sometimes think that if the West continues to be so ambivalent, hesitant, contradictory and inconsistent about the War, not it, but China, India, Turkey and a few other countries of the sort will at some point push Putin to his senses and they will make him stop his madness.
I realize how naive this is, but the drowning man grasping at a straw from the side also looks naive, but what is he to do if nothing but a straw is handed to him...
