My personal opinion on the war is as follows:
Part of the Western elites are gradually moving to a qualitatively new phase of their attitude to war.
They begin to outline and propagandize scenarios for one degree or another disadvantageous development of the war for Ukraine (increasingly, even for a very disadvantageous development for Ukraine).
Public opinion in the West, which is already tired and disoriented by everything that accompanies this war, is irradiated practically daily that the war must end (as soon as possible) and Ukraine must make compromises that are obviously completely unacceptable to it.
Of course, they can outline a number of scenarios in this direction. I can also outline four such scenarios.
And despite everything, the leading factor in such scenarios is not the objective inevitability that Russia will emerge from the war with an indisputable territorial advantage, with which the villain Putin will declare himself the winner.
The leading factor is another, and it sounds and looks too ugly and even vile - in relation to Ukraine.
Yes, it is so clear that in any war either one or the other side can win, so it is not excluded that in this war the sinister Russia, the villain Putin could win this war.
It is not a particularly great philosophy to say such a thing! It is enough
to look at the map
to see the ratio between the territories and populations of Russia and Ukraine,
to recall that Russia has Weapons of Mass Destruction - both strategic, operational, tactical, and whatever else we can imagine,
to bring water from 200 wells to prove that, in fact, Crimea was and will be Russian, because it is so important to Russia (with the same arguments, a few more countries may want Crimea to be theirs).
And yet, and yet, and yet, and yet...
My personal opinion is this:
An increasing part of the Western elites already want the war to end faster. That is why these bad scenarios for Ukraine are put forward.
A growing majority of Western elites know that in order to end the war as quickly as possible, someone must be sacrificed. And this large part of the Western elites were friends with Putin, part of this large part of the Western elites were dependent on Putin – they were corrupted by Russian oil and gas finance. And that is why they do not want and cannot sacrifice Putin. But they may and want to sacrifice Ukraine more and more.
A cauldron with the poisonous potion that the Ukrainians will be given to drink is already boiling.
It breaks my heart that this is so, but I have to say it out loud – most of the Western elites are already psychologically ready to sacrifice Ukraine!
That is why they are negotiating with Putin behind Ukrainian back. Nothing that calls these negotiations consultations. It remains for Scholz, Macron and the company to gather in Munich, and then one of them will wave a piece of paper with agreements that bring peace to Europe and the whole world.
The West has always lost when the Chamberlains were at the helm.
Now we are talking not even about individual Chamberlains, but about the whole political class of Chamberlains – this is the majority of Western elites.
This large part of the Western elites would have already stopped the rashist war against Ukraine and at the expense of Ukraine. They would have already agreed with Putin. They've been talking to him about it for a long time...
But so far they face two obstacles.
The first obstacle is that a smaller, but energetic and courageous part of the Western elites understands how harmful it is to give in to Putin. It's like rape, but when you make a face while being raped, it shows that you at least enjoy the rape.
Second obstacle – Ukraine.
Ukraine is still confusing the plans and accounts of the majority of Western elites.
The problem, however, is that Ukraine does not have enough forces. He will not be able to cope with the help of those crumbs that stand out to her. These crumbs are still needed for Ukraine to resist the rashists. But they are not enough for Ukraine to defeat a vile enemy.
Do you know what is the saddest and most beautiful thing?
This is what Ukraine already understands that the West will most likely sacrifice them, sacrifice Ukraine, but continue to fight bravely and selflessly.
Because they know that they are fighting not only for themselves and their Fatherland. And also for the West, which chews like chewing gum all sorts of scenarios about how Ukraine will have to negotiate and will be forced to make monstrous compromises.
And those Western elites, or at least most of them, will continue the nice and mutually beneficial business with Putin – business as usual.
The West is no longer what it once was...
The West can still be what it once was. But if he continues like this, there will inevitably come a time when the West can never be what he wants to be.
