I think there are two options.

Attention, read with the sense of smell off!
A Ukrainian friend finally returns to a village in Kharkiv Oblast that was previously occupied for a time by orcs.
This village is picturesque and rich like most Ukrainian villages compared to most Russian villages.
My friend finds the beautiful house, yard and garden barbarously disfigured.
In the house, there is a bucket of feces and urine in the middle of the living room. When there was a toilet on the floor, the orcs used the bucket to relieve themselves.
He writes to me:
- These are clearly people from some other, terrible planet!

The Law of Three Stages ( Theological, Metaphysical, Positive), reflecting Auguste Comte's understanding of the philosophy of history, is supplemented by the addition (formulation) of another, fourth, modern stage in the intellectual evolution of Mankind, fundamental sciences, societies and individuals – Anthropocentric stage. The fourth stage reflects the qualitative change of security – its riskization.

Explanation:
