With the beginning of the barbaric and absolutely unprovoked War against Ukraine, Putin's Russia exists under the conditions of an absolutely wrong and, if not in the short term, certainly in the medium term, absurd economic, financial, industrial and social logic.
All management theories, as well as all economic theories, are at odds - irreconcilably at that - with the way processes work in this monster state!

⁕ The world, or at least the Democratic world, has moved towards high technologies – genetic, medical, information, communication, space; to quantum computers and Artificial Intelligence, i.e.
to the FOURTH WAVE OF ULTRA-TECHNOLOGICAL SOCIETY,
and Putin's Russia is making a sharp, demodernizing and denormalizing turn
from the THIRD WAVE OF THE INFORMATION SOCIETY
to the SECOND WAVE OF INDUSTRIAL SOCIETY
- long experienced in the West and not only there!
Putin's Russia throws all its raw material, industrial, knowledge and human resources into the production of iron, machinery, guns and explosives, which have a short and even one-time use, which do not require any special mental work, but follow the patterns of the time of the antediluvian and narrow-minded Minister of Defense Marshal Ustinov in the late 1970s and early 1980s!

⁕ In the near future, Putin's Russia is expecting:
1. sharp slowdown of overheating from brutal consumption of all available resources for the military industry economic growth; and
2. relentlessly accelerating inflation.
These are two of the three elements of the dreaded phenomenon of stagflation.
Russia's labor shortage, amounting to a minimum of 2 million low- or high-skilled workers, cannot possibly lead to the third condition of stagflation - high levels of unemployment.
But the combination of a rapid decline in economic growth and a rapid rise in inflation will have a devastating effect on the country.

⁕ Let's also add here:
-- the powerless and insane raising of the basic interest rate, stifling any business initiative;
-- the taking away in favor of a narrow circle of oligarchs and kleptomaniacs around Putin of any profitable enterprise ("re-privatization after pseudo-nationalization");
-- the consumption of all financial reserves of the state;
-- the de facto suspension of the existence of stock exchanges in the country;
-- the death of all currency trading;
-- the complete, narcotic dependence on the Chinese yuan plus the close dependence on Chinese imports
(in the conditions of a rising crisis in China, which will cause turmoil in this country, to which Putin's Russia is already a subjugated vassal and a cheap raw material appendage)...
All this is such a degree of abnormality that the soap bubble of the "developing Russian economy" will inevitably burst, and the roar of this bursting will generate various tsunamis in the country, about which Russians, who have generally suffered a lot over the centuries, have a poor imagination.

⁕ If the leading countries begin to experience serious demographic problems one after another and therefore invest in efforts and programs to slow down their demographic crisis so that it does not turn into a demographic catastrophe, value their talented and creative personnel, seek to attract people with high quality of creative potential from other countries,
Putin's Russia intensely, even with pathological malice
drives away the color of its on-line generation - the 20-30-40 year olds who are constantly emigrating;
or sends them to be slaughtered on the Ukrainian battlefields.
Instead, marginal layers of people from African and Asian countries and North Korea are imported - for very low-skilled labor, often without language skills, without professional qualifications, without special education and culture, and without even basic hygiene habits.

⁕ In Putin's Russia, any statistical information is constantly hidden. And the "hiding" takes colossal proportions. It is decreed by special repressive decrees of Putin himself!
This makes the management of individual industries and activities blind, by trial-error-again trial-again error.
No one knows how things are anymore, and sometimes it's downright idiotic to listen to prominent Russian (or Russian-speaking) economists profoundly analyze and try to make correct predictions from completely false statistics that have nothing to do with reality.

⁕ In Putin's Russia, virtually all control over production and what is produced has been removed. Quality is neglected and only quantity is relied upon.
Various tragedies, catastrophes and accidents are simply inevitable.
Let us mention here the sad and obvious facts:
-- that Putin's Russia lacks vital spare parts;
-- that factory equipment is outdated and depreciated;
-- that repairs are carried out negligently;
-- that there is an irresponsible and hasty rush to put the stopped machines, production lines, parts of factories and entire factories back into operation as soon as possible;
-- that the condition of all critical infrastructure is terrible – power plants, pipelines
di (oil, gas, heating, water), dam walls, residential buildings, tens of thousands of elevators in buildings, not to mention aviation - civil, transport, agricultural...
That is why one can make the gloomy prediction that it is only a matter of time, and in the near future, that a catastrophe of terrible consequences will happen in Putin's Russia - anthropogenic (caused by human activities), natural (caused by natural phenomena), technogenic ( caused by industrial technology) or related to radiation leaks, accidents in chemical plants or criminal negligence in biolaboratories.
Unfortunately, one does not need to be Grandma Vanga to make such a gloomy prediction, because for Putin's Russia, the countdown to such a cruel catastrophe has already begun.

Neglected technologically, intellectually, scientifically, morally, culturally as a result of the insane dictatorial rule of the villain Putin for a quarter of a century,
along with the appalling obscurantism that grips new and new layers of the population - hatred of the West, hatred of the Other, contempt for the Different, Orthodox fundamentalism, Great Russian chauvinism, racism, rashism, fortress-besieged thinking, and constant and harmful visions of enemies
- this is what makes Russia a black hole for Human Civilization.

Putin's Russia is becoming dangerous for the very existence of Humanity.
Putin's Russia is a ticking time bomb. It is an overheated pressure cooker whose lid will inevitably come off with a bang.
And from this overheated Russian pressure cooker, as from Pandora's Box, all kinds of troubles and disasters, calamities and evils will fly...

But unlike Pandora's Box, there will be no Hope at the bottom of the self-exploding pressure cooker. Because there can be no Hope in the hopeless monster state that Putin's Russia is turning into.
And it has already become.
