Not analysis this time, but with sense blinded by anxiety - a sense of shame:
After the First Critical Point of the War passed and the West, like Putin, was deceived in its expectations and convinced itself that there would be no Kiev in three days, i.e. Ukraine will not capitulate in three weeks, the Second Critical Point of the War came - the stunning Ukrainian victories (Kharkiv and Kherson).
Then the West adopted a policy (with strategic dimensions) of convincing Ukraine that it could not win the War.
Military aid was suspended for 4 months and actions with Western weapons in and on Russian territory were prohibited.
Anyway, Ukraine categorically refused to accept any other end to the war, except according to the "Zelensky" plan. This was at variance with the West's desire for negotiations and peace according to the formula "Territorial concessions from Ukraine, cessation of war from Russia".
When the Ukrainian counter-offensive largely failed, the Third Critical Point of the War occurred - the West stepped up pressure on Ukraine to accept the realities of the battlefield and force it to negotiate by suspending military aid for 6 months.
This untied Putin's hands, and the rashists hordes began, thanks to the nightmarish superiority in armaments, missiles, shells and men, to crush in the entire length of the front. The Fourth Critical Point of the War has arrived!
Now the West is reluctantly pursuing another policy (with strategic dimensions) - to convince Putin that he cannot win the War.
And the goal of the West is one - to end the War at the price of the "Munich-Czechoslovak Compromise".
A long time ago I wrote - the year is now 1938, and after it always comes 1939. Today Timothy Snyder himself wrote the same.
Poor, dear, kind, wonderful Ukraine!
Excuse me - for this Europe!
I am powerless to help you. I can only try to help a few of abandoned by the Democratic world and betrayed by the so-called. Collective West your children…
