  STUDY 9. „SYSTEM“ AS A PARADIGMAL, AXIOMATIC CONCEPT IN THE SCIENCE OF SECURITY
  
  The basic concept for the Science of Security – „system“ is analyzed. This is a paradigmal, axiomatic concept, embedded in the very foundation of this extremely intensively developing Science nowadays, and without its in-depth consideration, our understanding of security would be
to one degree or another inadequate and incomplete.

In Rammstein we witnessed the most severe battle between the two parts of the Western elites, about which I have written for a long time.
--- „Old Europe“ (Western Europe, Southern Europe and the State Department, US Department of Foreign Affairs) are for dosed military aid to Ukraine so that Ukraine does not lose the war and does not cross the border „before February 24“ (which so far, Ukrainian troops have not yet crossed over), and that the war be long enough to exhaust Russia to the maximum;
--- „New Europe“ (Eastern Europe, Northern Europe and the Pentagon, the US War Department), who are for colossal military assistance to Ukraine so that Russia is defeated as quickly as possible.

The West decided to help Ukraine even more, but it could have helped much more!
Northern and Eastern Europe are in the right historical position - they are FOR maximum support for Ukraine.
Western and Southern Europe still cannot rise to the level of the historical challenge!

Let's hope that – and despite the Macron-Scholz's evasions and hesitations – Ukraine will be given a huge amount of tanks and long-range missiles!!!!
I hope Western and Southern Europe stop acting half-heartedly and slowly!
Because this ridiculous half-heartedness and inexplicable slowness have so far cost the lives of thousands of Ukrainian soldiers and hundreds of Ukrainian civilians...

The insane new phase "all-in" of the rashist war, waged on the principle of "either everything, or as much as possible" led, accordingly, to a new phase of an increasingly fierce clash between two groups of pro-Ukrainian Western leaders.
One group (conditionally - "Old Europe") believes that Ukraine should be supported moderately so that it does not lose the war, and at the same time the war should last as long as possible in order to exhaust Russia as much as possible and then this will lead to radical changes in its governance and in its policy.

Not so long ago, I wrote that the rashists are starting a game (war) all in.
In recent days, many politicians, military, analysts, experts have been saying exactly the same thing.

Here I will only add that the game (war) all in of the rashists against Ukraine is being waged not only on the battlefield, but also in the information sphere! And there, too, they do not hesitate in choosing neither forces, nor means, nor subjects for discredit and slander, nor objects for influence and impact.
