ethnicity - Ukrainian; nationality - Ukrainian.

COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF OF THE ARMED FORCES:
ethnicity - Russian; nationality - Ukrainian.

And this country with a civil/citizen (political nation) dictator Putin wanted to denazify...
